In a hidden corner of Kuala Lumpur, the camera quietly follows the lives of the Myanmar minority Christian community. Through observational footage, the documentary enters a family’s home and a local school, giving a simple and honest look at their struggles and strengths.

While filming inside the flat Bund Shanghai, I met a family from Myanmar’s minority Christian community. Through them, I discovered a larger group living quietly in the shadows of Kuala Lumpur. This encounter led me to explore further, where I found a learning center for children who are denied access to formal education.

This observational documentary became a way for me to understand and share their stories with care and honesty.
